Job Title: Founder’s Associate & Growth Catalyst

Be the founder’s force‑multiplier: drive sales, accelerate fundraising, deliver high‑impact projects, and continuously improve our management system so repath hits its next growth milestones.
Note: This is not an entry‑level or working‑student role. We need professionals with 1–3+ years of relevant B2B/Consulting experience who are comfortable owning the phone and high‑stakes projects.
Your profile
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline generation & customer outreach – build and qualify pipeline through calls, email, and LinkedIn; book regular discovery meetings; support demos and deal closing.
- Fundraising support – research & shortlist investors, prepare decks and data room, coordinate calendars, track due‑diligence requests.
- Investor relations – draft monthly update emails, assemble KPI dashboards, prepare board‑meeting materials.
- Management system & meeting cadence – prep founder & team for key meetings, own agendas & follow‑ups, keep goals on track.
- Tackle “whatever moves the needle” tasks that free the founders for deal closings, product vision and key partnerships.
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
- Reliable cadence of outreach and booked discovery meetings.
- Pipeline generated and revenue closed from FA‑sourced leads.
- On‑time delivery and measurable impact of special projects.
- Founder hours freed and positive feedback from customers, investors, and team.
Must‑Have Skills & Traits
- Extreme ownership & bias to action; solves problems independently.
- Fast learner, analytical and structured thinker.
- Relentless outbound‑sales grit; comfortable spending hours on the phone.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
- High trust and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years consulting, B2B SDR/BDR, or an early‑stage startup.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales tools (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, etc.).
- Exposure to fundraising or investor‑relations processes.
- Experience from top‑tier management consulting or high‑performing EA/Chief‑of‑Staff roles is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English

Training & Working Style
- Shadow the CEO: In the first 3–6 months you’ll sit in most founder meetings, have full access to context (email, calls, docs), and learn to think like an extension of the CEO.
- High‑trust autonomy: Once ramped, you’ll independently drive projects that clear bottlenecks and unlock revenue.
Logistics
- Reports directly to the CEO / co‑founder.
- Remote within CET ± 2 h, 3x year team offsites + optional workshops
- High autonomy, rapid iteration, and direct exposure to board and investors.
- Not a gatekeeper: you draft communications, but the founder keeps direct lines open.
